Enrol a new student
How to add a student to your classrooms [Admins only].
Enrolling a new student to your school is easy. Follow these steps to start enrolling students into your school.

From the home page, simply tap the (+) button.

Select “Enrol students” from the quick action options.

Choose a classroom that you want to enrol the student into.

Fill out the basic enrollment details of the student. Remember to enter the email address of the student’s parent or guardian. Then tap “Enrol and invite parent”.
That’s it. You’ve successfully enrolled a new student into your school. You will now find them among the students in the selected classroom.
What happens next?#
After enrolling a new student, Cosine automatically sends an invitation to the student’s parent email on behalf of your school.
When they accept the invitation, Cosine directs them to complete the enrolment and provide more details about their child.
If the parent is already a Cosine user, they’ll also receive a push notification on their mobile app, nudging them to complete the enrolment.
Also, parents and guardians can securely share basic health information of their child to enable your school to respond appropriately in situations of medical emergency.
