How does per-member pricing work?
You're billed for the active staff members in your schools. Per-member pricing means you get unlimited student enrolments at no cost. If a member leaves mid-term, a prorated refund is issued as Billing Credits, used to offset future bills.
Is there a free trial for paid plans?
No!
Can we migrate from our existing system?
Yes. We provide dedicated onboarding assistance on the Plus plan. This assistance includes fully managed migration from your existing systems.
Where is my school's data stored?
Cosine is built on SOC 2-compliant infrastructure. So, your school's data is encrypted at rest and in transit, using industry standard security protocols.
What happens if we exceed our staff or storage limit?
We'll notify you before anything breaks. You'll have 30 days to upgrade or trim usage before new additions are paused.
Do you offer discounts for non-profits?
Yes — registered non-profits operating schools can get up to 30% off Standard and Plus plans. Just write in and we'll sort it out.
