This Beta Participation Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Cosine Lab Inc. ("Cosine", "we", "us", or "our") and the individual or entity participating in the Cosine beta program ("Participant", "you", or "your").
By accessing or using the beta version of Cosine (the "Beta Services"), you agree to the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, you may not participate in the beta program.
You are invited to access and use the Beta Services for the sole purpose of evaluating and testing the functionality and performance of Cosine and providing feedback.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this Agreement. Participation is voluntary and at our discretion.
Subject to this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Beta Services solely for evaluation and feedback during the beta period.
You agree to provide honest, clear, and timely feedback about your experience with the Beta Services. All feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit become our sole property. We may use it without restriction or compensation to you.
You may gain access to confidential or proprietary information during the beta. You agree not to disclose such information to any third party and to use it only for the purpose of evaluating the Beta Services. This obligation survives termination of your participation.
The Beta Services are provided "as is" and may contain bugs, errors, or incomplete features. We make no warranties or guarantees regarding functionality, availability, or fitness for any purpose. We are not obligated to provide support, maintenance, or future versions.
By using the Beta Services, you understand and agree that:
We may collect user data, including crash logs and usage patterns, for the purpose of improving the product.
The Beta Services may not comply with all legal or regulatory requirements (e.g., COPPA, NDPA) during the testing phase.
You must not enter any sensitive data unless you have obtained necessary consents.
This Agreement will remain in effect until the beta program ends or we terminate your access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate your participation at any time without notice or liability.
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Beta Services, including all intellectual property, remain with Cosine. Your participation does not grant you any ownership rights.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cosine is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your participation in the beta. Your sole remedy is to stop using the Beta Services.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict of law principles.
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Cosine regarding the beta program and supersedes any prior agreements or communications.
